1 PHP / MYSQL Developers
What kind of Web Dev are we looking for?
As Web Developer, your role would be to write codes, implement PHP modules, talk in MySQL, play with Ajax and JQuery to result in a perfect advanced website.
You gotta be a Web-Savvy! PHP and Programming Geeks are welcome :D
You must be between 22 and 26 years old, male/female with interesting personality and diligence, good attitude & manner, proficient or at least speak good English, loves PHP-MySQL and ready to play around with some codes, create modules and interactivity stuff for online projects.
You gotta know how to use Dreamweaver and CSS. We don't want any Joomla/ready-made software installers, so it is IMPORTANT that you understand PHP and Programming basics.You need to know these VERY WELL if not EXCELLENT:
- PHP
- MySQL
- XHTML
- CSS
- Ajax
- Javascript / JQuery

1 KICK-ASS CREATIVE WEB DESIGNER
What kind of Web Designer do we want?
- Adobe Photoshop CS4+
- Adobe Illustrator CS4+
- Adobe Fireworks CS4+ (this is recommended!)
- Adobe Flash CS4+
As Web & Graphic Designer, your role would be to create harmonies and do kick-ass web layouts, graphic elements and optimize them for web uses.
You must possess a sense of art, a love for web design, and you know a lot about vector-illustrations.
You must be between 22 and 26 years old, male/female with interesting personality and diligence, good attitude & manner, proficient or at least speak good English, love Adobe Fireworks and Illustrator and know how to twist and bend the pointers to create great web design.
A little knowledge in CSS and HTML and a little experience in Dreamweaver will be a PLUS.
You need to know these VERY WELL if not EXCELLENT:
